R&C Real Estate Investments is a locally owned and operated company with more than 15 years experience. Our staff has extensive knowledge of the South East Valley area. We are driven to provide the absolute highest level of customer service. We do this through our committed and dedicated team.

R&C Real Estate is a full service real estate company with property management, sales both in new homes and resale homes. As a team of professional property managers we provide full property management services including management of single-family homes, condominiums, town homes, duplexes and mobile homes. We handle short sales and foreclosure properties.

About Our Team

Rose McKinney is the broker/owner of our company with over 15 years experience. Rose has her teaching certificate with the Department of Real Estate and also teaches at a local real estate school, teaching property management and fair housing on a regular basis along with all the required courses to obtain a real estate license.

Dawn Link is a licensed realtor and has a strong customer service background. Dawn helps make our team successful in the management of your property.

Veronica Gelowicz has worked in management for 5 plus years and has extensive knowledge of the concerns and needs of both owners and tenants. Our goal is to provide you with service you cannot get somewhere else.

Setting the standard in property management

We are a full service management company. We handle the lease preparation, executions and renewals. Our philosophy is “WHEN YOU MAKE MONEY – WE MAKE MONEY”. When your property is vacant and costing you money, it is costing us too!

Is there anything that needs to be done to make my property rent ready?

The better the condition a property is in, the better quality tenant it will attract. A property that shows well rents faster and commands higher rent. We recommend that the interior be painted or at least touched up, that the window coverings, floors, fixtures and appliances be cleaned professionally, and that any needed repairs be made. Once the property is put in good order, we require (through our rental agreement) that the property be maintained in good order so that future turnover costs to the owner are minimized.
